Privacy

In short: no cookies, no tracking, nothing loaded from other servers. Here is what data is still processed.

1. Controller

Craftium Jan Kosse

Germany

Email: craftium.berlin@gmail.com

2. Hosting by Cloudflare

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data: IP address, time, requested address, amount of data, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the page and protect it from attacks.

Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure and fast website. We have a data processing agreement with Cloudflare under Art. 28 GDPR. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so transfers to the USA are covered by the European Commission’s adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). See the Cloudflare privacy policy.

We do not analyse visits and use no analytics tools.

3. No cookies, no third-party content

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts, images and videos are hosted on this website itself. There is no connection to Google Fonts, YouTube, social media or ad networks.

4. Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your address and message to answer you. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for questions about a purchase, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our mailbox is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Gmail). We delete messages once your request is settled, unless the law requires us to keep them.

5. Links to Etsy and StreamElements

Links to Etsy, StreamElements or OBS lead to their own websites, where their privacy policies apply. Purchases are handled entirely by Etsy.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15 to 20 GDPR) and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). Just send us an email.

You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.
